Mindful Self-Compassion 5-Day Intensive
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-supported program developed by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, which combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our emotional well-being. The full eight-session MSC curriculum can be experienced in an intensive format, five full days of training led by Dr. Kimberly Sogge, a registered psychologist and certified MSC teacher. Program has been approved for 30 CEUs from the Canadian Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
