About Me

Dr. Meagan Gallagher works with adolescents, adults, couples, & families who are experiencing a range of difficulties related to mental health concerns, emotional regulation (i.e., managing your emotions), self-harming behaviour, interpersonal & relationship problems, & adjustment to major life transitions. She provides psychological assessments & treatment using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (including Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, & Systemic approaches to best meet your needs. She provides virtual services across Ontario.

Dr. Gallagher has specific interests & extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of Eating Disorders and body image concerns, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, Mood Disorders, & adolescent mental health.

In addition to her clinical services, Dr. Gallagher provides wellness workshops to groups & organizations related to stress, burn out, anxiety, boundaries, & psychological health in teams.

Dr. Gallagher also provides didactic training (Anxiety Disorders, body image, Intuitive Eating, Eating Disorders) & clinical consultation to regulated health providers, & supervision for members of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
