FYM-Bereaved Families of Ontario
On October 16th at 12:00 pm please join us to learn about the work of Bereaved Families of Ontario. Micheline LePage Board Chair for Bereaved Families of Ontario will present to the OPA about the work they do and how OPA members can access their support and services for grieving patients. Micheline will discuss their work, library, workshops and drop in centers across the province.
Micheline joined the Bereaved Families of Ontario Board in January 2021. She held positions with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC), among other companies. Micheline retired from a career in information technology in 2019. She participated in BFO Ottawa's programs after the loss of her son Bruce to cancer in 2014. She is a trained facilitator who supports others who have lost a child.
