About Me

Have you found yourself feeling stuck? Are you getting pulled into all-too-familiar patterns of worry, anxiety, low mood, pain, or dissatisfying relationships? Do you worry too much, obsess too much, feel too much or do too much? Do you find yourself often having self-critical thoughts or struggling with not-good-enough-ness? Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, PTSD, or chronic pain? Are you ready to break out of unhelpful cycles and be more free from the stuff that is weighing you down?

Are you an adult child of an emotionally immature parent? Are you experiencing or healing from narcissistic abuse? Are you a caring professional, a highly sensitive, or empathic person, who feels overwhelmed and burnt out? Have you lost sight of yourself and your needs?

I have developed a wealth of experience, tools, and strategies from working for over 20 years in the fields of Clinical, Health and Rehabilitation Psychology. I use evidence-based approaches (cognitive-behavioural therapy, DBT, ACT, MI, self-compassion, mindfulness) and will tailor treatment to your needs and goals.

Are you ready to invest in yourself, and release yourself from ways of coping that no longer serve you? I am passionate about working with individuals in a flexible, collaborative, and compassionate manner. I will guide you in 'unsticking' yourself from patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving that keep you from thriving.
