About Me
I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist in Toronto. After working in several prominent private practices in Toronto, I opened my own boutique Psychology practice where I provide thoughtful and flexible individually tailored treatment to adults. I teach my clients empirically-validated skills and strategies to help them live meaningful and values-driven lives. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & “Third-Wave” Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (i.e., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or “ACT”) which represents an extension of traditional CBT approaches. I provide cutting-edge treatment for a variety of mental health issues, with a particular focus and special interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders (e.g., Generalized Anxiety Disorder or “GAD”) and women’s perinatal mental health issues (including supporting women through grieving perinatal loss). I provide exclusively virtual psychological services to adults residing anywhere in Ontario, allowing my clients to easily connect from the comfort of their homes or offices. You can find more information about me, my therapeutic approach, and the services I offer on my website.
