About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist in Toronto. After working in several prominent private practices in Toronto, I opened my own boutique Psychology practice where I provide thoughtful and flexible individually tailored treatment to adults. I teach my clients empirically-validated and practical coping skills and strategies to help them live meaningful and values-driven lives. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & “Third-Wave” Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (i.e., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or “ACT” and Mindfulness) which represents an extension of traditional CBT approaches. I provide cutting-edge treatment for a variety of mental health issues, with a particular focus and special interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders (e.g., Generalized Anxiety Disorder or “GAD” and Illness Anxiety Disorder or "Health Anxiety"), perfectionism, assertiveness, and women’s mental health care (including fertility, pregnancy, perinatal, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, motherhood, & perimenopause) as well as physician mental health care support. Many of the women I work with feel weighed down by anxiety, overthinking, chronic worry, and/or perfectionism. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone - and therapy can help. My approach is collaborative, warm, thoughtful, and tailored to your needs. My clients often leave therapy feeling like a more confident, resilient version of themselves. I provide exclusively virtual psychological services to adults residing anywhere in Ontario (Quebec, Nova Scotia, & New Brunswick as well) allowing my clients to easily connect from the comfort of their homes or offices. You can find more information about me, my therapeutic approach, and the services I offer on my website: drmarciedudeck.com.
