About Me
Dr. Jaime Arseneault (she/her) completed her education at the University of Windsor and she has been working in private practice since 2012. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. She offers assessment services (including learning disability, ADHD, & socioemotional assessments) as well as individual, couples, and family therapy. She draws on a variety of therapy approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), to customize treatment to the needs and goals of each client. She utilizes a strengths-based approach to help empower clients to make progress toward their individualized goals. Particular areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, trauma/loss, & parenting/behaviour management.
Dr. Arseneault is a clinical psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Most extended health benefits plans provide some coverage for registered psychologists; you are encouraged to check with your provider.
