About Me

I work with children, teens, adults, and families, with a focus on helping neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and Autism), individuals experiencing school or relationship difficulties, clients facing challenges with mood, anxiety, or emotion regulation, and individuals who have experienced trauma.

I also provide support and guidance to parents and families to help them feel more confident in approaching family challenges, build stronger relationships with their children, and navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and connection amongst family members.

I have a PhD in school and child psychology from McGill University and have completed training in various community agencies, hospitals, and psychology clinics. I provide therapy and diagnostic/psychoeducational assessments. I aim to provide a warm, safe, and empathetic environment where clients can feel safe to build trust and connection, as well as feel empowered to overcome challenges with more confidence and resilience.
